Treehouse Improvements!

Bill has had plans to put windows in the treehouse and paint it since its unveiling in 2010.  Over the course of the last two weekends, he did just that.  He also moved all of Abby's art supplies out to the treehouse, so that he has the work space in the garage back.

Abby crashed her bike yesterday and did quite a number on her upper lip, mouth, and chin.  At least she hasn't lost her sense of humor!

 That's not a black eye to go with all the other carnage.  She's just been crying.

The girls love to have Bill (and anyone else of that matter), tell stories about times he got hurt as a kid.   He reminded her that now, she'll have a good hurt story to tell her kids.

First Day of Second Grade!

Abby was so excited for school to start today!  We went and watched her get on the bus with the kids from Happy Hearts.  Look at how much they've grown since she started Kindergarten and 1st Grade.

State Fair!

We took a trip to the state fair last year with Mr. Bill.  This year, Bill decided he wasn't up for it, so Kat and I loaded up all the girls and headed south for an adventure filled day!  Our day included being in a circus, rocking out, feeding baby cows, walking on water, riding a camel, face paint, and deep fried oreos.  You can't get much better than that!
