Bowling!

Bill had some guys over on Saturday to play games, so I loaded up the girls and headed to Salem to my cousin Carrie's. Feeling brave, we decided to take her boys (Brenden and Jacob who are 8 and 6) and my girls and go bowling. It was the longest game of bowling in recorded history, but it was entertaining! Here is Carrie giving Jacob some pointers.

Libby and I waiting for her ball to get to the pins. Sometimes it took a REALLY long time.

Brenden

Way to go!

Jacob got tired of waiting.

Abby's ball was going pretty slow by the time it got to and pins and, that coupled with the fact that it only weighed 6 lbs, meant that it frequently got stuck and took awhile to come back. We started letting Abby use Libby's ball to try to pick up her spare, which did not go over well with Libby.

Brenden was the only one who was even remotely good at this.

Abby took this picture.

Libby, mad because Abby used her ball.

Yay!

Libby

My super cool bowling shoes.

Wrong way, Jacob.
